Warranty Replacement
Terrason's products are professional grade, and we stand behind our quality. If this light fixture does not operate for 5 years (based on 12 hours per day / 7 days per week of normal consumer use) from date of purchase when used as directed, your product is covered under our warranty. For returns, replacements or exchanges within 30 days of purchase, please return to the place of purchase. Non-light fixtures, ie under cabinet lights, night lights, etc have warranties ranging from one to three years. See product specifications for exact warranty length.
In some cases, we can simply send you a replacement part. In these cases, we will send these to you free of charge.
To file a warranty claim and get a replacement light, please email us at support@terrasonusa.com. Please provide your order number, shipping address and issue. Once we receive the info, we will confirm your purchase and warranty claim and email you with shipping instructions. You will be responsible for the cost of shipping the product with proof of purchase, register receipt and your name and address to Terrason. Limited Warranty Terms
No guarantee is provided for improperly stored, installed, maintained, or operated products outside the specified electrical and environmental (e.g., temperature, moisture, chemical) conditions required for normal operating parameters of the system. This warranty is void if the product is operated, with non-compatible external devices (controls, dimmers, current limiters etc.), abused, or used in a manner for which it was not intended. Terrason shall not be responsible for product failures caused by external events including but not limited to acts of God, power surges, or installation methods that do not conform or are in violation of applicable codes and instructions including those contained in the latest National Electrical Code (NEC), the Standards for Safety of Underwriters Laboratory, Inc. (UL), Standards for the American National Standards Institute (ANSI), and in Canada, The Canadian Standards Association (CSA). This warranty is limited to repair or replacement by the Company, and does not cover labor charges, or any other costs and expenses, which shall be paid by the Customer, except, at the Company’s sole discretion.
In no event, whether as a result of a breach of contract, tort, strict liability, warranty or alleged negligence shall Terrason be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, multiple, punitive or consequential damages including, but not limited to, loss of profits or revenue, loss of use of the equipment, or any associated equipment, loss of capital, cost of substitute equipment, facilities or services, downtime costs, or claims of third parties of the customer for such damages. In no event shall Terrason's total liability for any reason arising hereunder exceed the purchase price allocable to the specific product which gives rise to the claim.
Replacement or repair is Terrason's sole warranty obligation.
